  Cobu's Playbook is a series of tactics that are proven to help you reach your goals with our platform. 

  When the platform launches, this means executing emails and door hangers with support from our team. 

  Ongoing, this involves:

  • Adding at least 1 event per month to the Cobu app
  • Using Cobu as your primary RSVP tool for resident events
  • Giving Cobu access to resident email lists so we can help you execute communications

• What is the Cobu Guarantee?

  With our Guarantee, qualifying properties achieve the results you expect or pay $0.

  We guarantee a minimum 40% app adoption rate^* by the end of your fourth month with Cobu, or you pay $0.

  From Month 4 forward, if adoption is less than 40% at the end of the month, then you get a 1-month credit. 

  *Adoption rate is the number of total Cobu users as a % of Occupied Units. Total Cobu users include residents who have a Cobu account and have logged in at least once in the past 6 months. 

   

• Who qualifies for the Cobu Guarantee?

  The Cobu Guarantee is valid for properties that meet the following criteria:

  • 200-500 units
  • Mid- or high-rise
  • Built under 10 years ago
  • Hosts monthly resident events
  • Lists events on Cobu for promotion and RSVP management
